ABS Meeting: Aug 24, 2020 – Toilet Paper Earrings

What could sum up 2020 and its mishaps better than a pair of toilet paper earrings!!  And whether the memories these cause bring a smile to your lips or a tear to your eye, they will make for second looks, comments, and chuckles !

The earrings are done in even-count flat peyote stitch and are wrapped around either a coiled “roll” or just a piece of wire.

Items needed to complete the project:

     MATERIALS:

 Size 11/0 Seed Beads ( traditional color – white, of course – opaque or pearl, etc )                                         Or vintage color – any pastel color (esp blue, pink, yellow, green, or lavender ! )
Two Ear Wires
about 1 ½  ft of 20gauge Wire ( or you could use small chain to hang the tp from )

            TOOLS:
Sharp Scissors
Chain Nose Pliers
Round Nose Pliers
Wire Cutters
