About the Austin Bead Society                           

The Austin Bead Society was formed in October, 1990. The objectives of the Society are to promote education and research regarding beads and bead-related subjects, and to provide support to bead collectors, designers, and enthusiasts.

Meetings

The Austin Bead Society meets the fourth Monday of the month – from 6:30-8:30pm,
           except in May–if the 4th Monday is Memorial Day, then we meet on the 3rd Monday;   
           and in December, we do not meet.

If we’re meeting via Zoom, we’ll send out the Zoom info to join the meeting closer to the date, if you’re a member.
  

Our monthly meetings include a short business meeting and an educational project.  If you’re not a member yet, you are welcome to visit a monthly meeting to see what we’re about.  If you want to attend, email austinbeadsociety@gmail.com and we’ll send you details.

Workshops

Workshops are open to any Austin Bead Society member in good standing.  If it is a “for fee” workshop and there are seats available, openings will be available to the public at an additional fee.                                                                                                                                                                           

Membership

Membership is open to all. We’d love to have you join in the fun.   Feel free to visit a monthly meeting before actually joining to see what we’re all about.
